AT BLU FLAMINGO WE HELD A MEETING

IN THIS MEETING WE HAD A RUMBLE

IN THIS RUMBLE WE BROUGHT OPEN MINDS AND HONEST HEARTS

 

WE CHOSE COURAGE OVER COMFORT AND WE CHOSE ACCOUNTABILITY OVER BLAME

 

THIS IS WHO WE STRIVE TO BE EVERY DAY

 

 

To Always follow through when given a task – accountability not BLAME

 

Here – we breed a supportive culture of questioning each other when we don’t understand and we support those who need it –no-one is perfect and there is no such thing as a stupid question.

 

Emotional Intelligence – Think before you speak – Is it KIND? Is it NECESSARY?

 

Orientation – When you are new we will show you the ropes and plan your 1st week of work with you!

 

Communication –  Our management communicates on any delays salary delays/request delays and on anything we may need to make our work place a better place

 

 

Once a month we get together because we actually LIKE one another J

 

Bathroom + kitchen hygiene – PLEASE wash up after yourself when you have tea + lets keep our bathrooms clean

 

Our Management team is responsible for providing our resources – we are all responsible for looking after and ensuring our resources are taken care of and last.

At Blu Flamingo – we will spend time planning to make sure we execute better. Whether it be activations, calendars, brainstorms- we will send agendas + reports and they will be read prior to meetings and meetings are reserved for questions to save time.

 

At Blu Flamingo the client is Important but not at the expense of our team – we push back to client on unreasonable requests that may compromise our well-being or the quality of work we put out

 

Structures and process Improve our out-put We embrace Blu task and Next Cloud for file storage and continue to work to improve these structures and processes.

 

We appreciate each other always

 

We give constructive feed-back that builds people up not tears them down

 

Each of us is unique and good at something – we respect others work and take time to understand and appreciate the complexities of their roles

 

We take pride in our own products like DigiCon + Millennials- and have an appreciation for what is ours.

 

We keep time when meeting clients, in sending our work out – In coming to work and in informing our team mates if we cannot.

 

 

When we are in the field we are smart and branded to ensure we are representing the brand well at Activations and elsewhere.

 

We enjoy a fun and lively atmosphere as long as it doesn’t distract our fellow colleagues
